Cheesy Chili Casserole
ingredients
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 1.25 oz package taco seasoning
1 15.5oz can Brooks® Mild Chili Beans In Chili Sauce
1 9 oz package thick cut tortilla chips
1 package Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Super Sweet Corn, (12 oz) (cooked according to pkg directions)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

sour cream
directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook ground meat, breaking up any large pieces, until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes; drain fat.
2. Add taco seasoning, chili beans and ¼ cup water; cook until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Spread tortilla chips in the bottom of 9 x13-inch baking pan. Cover with chili mixture. Top with cooked corn and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
